Track record
Sixteen years shipping, six in production AI.
I learned by shipping: first for clients around the world, then for startups that had to scale, and for the last six years on AI that had to hold up with real customers.

Technical lead, core product
Shiprocket
Built the core of its omnichannel commerce integrations: the architecture every courier and sales channel plugs into, on a PHP and MySQL stack built for volume. It went on to become an Indian unicorn.

Software architect → acting CTO

Solutions architect
ValueLabs
Refactored a five-year-old legacy system with customers still on it, module by module, and rebuilt it with multilingual support so the same platform could serve new markets.
UI/UX architect
Office Beacon
Modernised the front end of a suite of business tools: a shared component system, a cleaner information architecture and a faster build, without stopping the teams using them.

Solutions architect, five years
Balluun
Five years on a Silicon Valley B2B market network: real-time data feeds, third-party integrations, containerisation and the move to cloud-native, as the platform and its customer base grew.
